By accessing or using LiveScore MCP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LiveScore MCP is a free Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that provides real-time football live scores, fixtures, team statistics, and player data. The Service is provided via MCP endpoints (Streamable HTTP and Server-Sent Events) for use with MCP-compatible AI clients.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
The Service enforces a fair-use limit of 10 tool calls per minute per IP address, with a burst of 30; handshakes, discovery and tools/list are not counted. Exceeding it returns HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header giving the actual wait, a matter of seconds. Deliberately circumventing the limit — rotating addresses, for instance — may result in temporary or permanent suspension. Full MCP access lifts the limit for $100 per month: contact gillis.haasnoot@gmail.com.
The Service is free for personal and non-commercial use within the fair-use limit of 10 tool calls per minute per IP address, with a burst of 30. Commercial use requires a licence. Full MCP access, which lifts that limit and permits use in a commercial product, is $100 per month, billed monthly against a written agreement. While we strive to provide accurate and timely football data, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data. The data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors or delays.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
The LiveScore MCP source code is available on GitHub. The football data provided through the Service is owned by the respective data providers and is subject to their terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
